TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions - as amended from time to time - apply to all our services made available online, via any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, visiting, using and/or making a booking on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions below (including the Privacy Policy).
These pages, their content, structure and the online booking service are provided for your personal use only for non-commercial purposes, governed by the terms and conditions described below.
1. Purpose of the service
Through this website we provide an online platform in which we advertise our establishments and give the site visitor the opportunity to make a hotel reservation. By making a booking you will establish a contractual relationship (legally binding) with our accommodation facility at which a booking has been made. Our services are available for personal, non-commercial use only. Therefore, you may not resell, use, copy, display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, product or service available on our site for any commercial or competitive purpose.
2. Guarantee and Best Price
The rates proposed on our site are highly competitive. The published rates, indicated in Euros, are inclusive of VAT and taxes. Should a user find that on other sites more favourable rates are proposed at the same conditions offered by Hotel Diana, we reserve an additional discount for this user.
However, in order to obtain the additional discount, the user in question must provide us with all the references of the offer he or she found, including the site on which that offer is proposed; this is also in order to keep our rates up to date in accordance with the Best Price Guarantee policy.
Obvious errors are not binding, including typing errors.
All special offers and promotions are indicated as such.
3. Booking Confirmation - Credit Card, Bank Transfer, PostePay Deposit
In order to confirm a booking, a guarantee may be required: a down payment or deposit proportional to the total amount of the stay, or the details of a credit card as a guarantee. In the latter case, the details will be securely stored: no amount will be debited from the card except in cases of late cancellation, non-cancellation and no-show on the scheduled arrival date. (see point 4. Cancellations and changes). However, we will be authorised to verify the validity of the card provided by pre-authorising it.
Please note: for certain types of bookings, defined as ‘Prepaid’ or ‘Non-Refundable’, or for Special Offers, the full amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking.
These types can neither be changed nor cancelled.
Before making your reservation, please check carefully for these conditions in the room and rate details or contact our reception if you have any doubts about this.
4. Cancellation and modification of a reservation
The cancellation and modification terms without penalty will be indicated during the booking process, starting with the simple availability request, and indicated again in the booking confirmation. They may vary depending on the type of reservation, the offer chosen, length of stay, number of rooms.
In the event of a no-show or late cancellation and/or no-show on arrival, we shall be entitled to withdraw the amount set out in the booking procedure from the card provided as a guarantee or to claim the same amount by other means.
Modifications and/or cancellations made within the time allowed will not incur any charge.
5. Correspondence
By making a reservation you agree to receive e-mails before your arrival date, containing information about your destination and various tips on what to visit and/or how to get there related to your reservation, and possibly e-mails after your stay inviting you to give your opinion on the establishment or any communication that may be necessary.
